Chat in the app. Sign in to Freedom, find "Need help?" at the bottom of the sidebar, and click "Contact Support". If the sidebar is collapsed, click the envelope icon at the bottom. A chat window opens. When chat can't open, "Contact Support" starts an email to [email protected]. Admins, employees, and contractors all have this link.
Email. Write to [email protected]. Use email if you can't sign in, because chat is available only after you sign in.
Slack. If your company has a shared Slack channel with Freedom, post your question there.
What to include: Tell us what you were doing, which page you were on, and the payroll or pay date involved, if there is one.
Note: Never send a full Social Security number or bank account number in chat, email, or Slack.
