Send a worker a private link so they can enter their own tax, payment, and benefits details right in their browser — no Freedom login required. Generate it from your team list:
Go to People from the sidebar.
Find the employee or contractor in the list, then click the actions menu (the three-dot button) at the end of their row.
Choose Payroll Setup Link. A window opens and generates the link.
Click Copy, then paste the link into an email or message and send it to the worker.
Using the link, the worker completes their own setup in any browser, including:
Tax forms
Payment and bank account setup
Personal details
Benefits information
Note: The link opens without an app sign-in and stays valid for 24 hours. After it expires, open the same menu and generate a new one.
