In the sidebar, select Pay History. You can also open the "Pay History" card on your personal home page. If you are also an employee, select "Paystubs" instead, then the "Contractor" tab.
Under "Year", pick the year you want. The page opens on the current year.
Review the totals for that year (Amount, Reimbursements, and Net pay), then the "Payments" list below them. Each row shows the pay date and pay period, the amount, any reimbursements, and your net pay.
To download statements, check the box next to each payment you want. To pick every payment that has a statement, check the box at the top of the list.
Select the download button above the list. It reads "Download statement" for one payment and "Download 3 statements" when you have picked three. One payment downloads as a PDF. Several download together as a zip file.
What you may see in the list:
Under the net pay, "Direct deposit" with the end of the account number, or "Manual payment", shows how you were paid. "Manual payment" means there was no direct deposit. It still has a statement.
"Paid outside Freedom" marks a payment made outside Freedom. Its checkbox is turned off and it has no statement.
"Voided" marks a payment that was cancelled. Its "Reversal" row is the entry that undoes it. Both have a statement, and the totals include both, so they cancel out.
Note: Payments show here once they are paid. Changing the year clears your selection, so download one year at a time.
