Go to My Benefits from the sidebar.
In the table, review each benefit you're enrolled in: the type (like health insurance), the plan name under Description, the Start date and End date, and the Company contribution and Employee contribution. Contributions show per payroll (as a dollar amount or a percent of your gross pay) or per period. A benefit with no end date shows "Ongoing".
Look for a 401(k) or Roth 401(k) in the Retirement card above the table, not in the table. The card shows Your contribution and Company contribution. If the plan hasn't started yet, it also shows the start date next to Starts.
Note: My Benefits appears in the sidebar for employees. You can't change most benefits here. To enroll or change your choices, contact your employer. The exception is your 401(k) or Roth 401(k) contribution, which you can change with "Change contribution" on the Retirement card. For the steps, or if the Retirement card says your retirement plan provider holds your contribution, see Change your retirement contribution.
If the page says "No benefits on file" and you expect to see one, contact your employer.
